The Voice Acting Diary

Something new to fall in love with.

I’m finding another way to express myself. This time, out loud.

Voice acting is a newfound passion, and this is where I want to keep that part of my life. The voice, the feeling, the craft—and yes, the beautiful, expensive microphones.

There’s something about a recording booth, a pair of headphones and a sound wave on a screen. I’m drawn to all of it.

A studio microphone, pop filter and headphones stand inside an acoustically treated recording booth.

Recording-booth daydreams. An illustration of the mood, not my own studio.

A place to put it all.

This page is where I keep my voice acting life.

I want a home for the small pieces that never quite fit anywhere else, the practice sessions that feel like tiny breakthroughs, the moments in the booth that land deep in my chest and stay there.

Here I will collect pictures of what I am working on, the fears that show up when I press record, the hopes I am slowly learning to say out loud, the things I am looking forward to, the equipment I am learning to love, and all the quiet behind the scenes thoughts that would be easy to forget.

This is not a guide or a plan. It is a record of what it feels like to begin again and keep going.
